Heritance Negombo, Negombo an outstanding LEED Gold Certified Hotel under LEED-NC v2009 in Sri Lanka and one of the few installations in the world to receive LEED Gold certification from the United States Green Building Council. The LEED rating results in a high performance installation with substantial reduction in operating costs. The facility consists of an 145 rooms, banquets halls, spa, staff accommodation, gym and various other amenities. The Project site is located at Lewis place, Negombo.
