Mahendra S Jayalath is a senior energy efficiency consultant and a LEED accredited professional with over twenty years of experience including eight years of project management experience, working on a wide range of energy efficiency and infrastructure projects. He has extensive developing country experience, primarily in Asia. His areas of expertise include the development of green building and certification, energy efficiency program implementation and ESCO activity development. He is also experienced in consensus building and training. Client experience includes the USAID, Asian Development Bank, World Bank and private sector companies.
