Aspire Garments, as a part of their endeavor to positively contribute towards a better environment, have established a new “GREEN” facility in Dhaka and obtained “LEED GOLD” certification from the USGBC (United States Green Building Council). This is a six floor facility with a total floor area of 200,000 sqft.
Aspire Garments contested for 68 credit points in leading to LEED GOLD Certification. It qualified for all 68 credit points and all seven prerequisites (7). With the threshold limit for achieving Gold is 60 points, Aspire Garments was awarded LEED Gold Certification on 10th July, 2017.
