Two Union Square

Two Union Square is commercial building, situated at Union Place in Colombo 2, consists of five office floors, dining area and an automated car park. It is a project developed by Realty Developer Shamsudeen M.S.A Developments & Realty (Pvt) Ltd. The project is designed with several value additions such as automated car parks, gondola system and 70kW Solar PV Rooftop System. Energysolve International was the independent MEP consultant and all MEP systems were implemented by enhancing the contractor's workmanship and refining system performance in accordance with LEED Gold Certification requirements , as per the requirement of HSBC (Future Tenant).
