Aarah resort is one of best, 4 star class, luxury resorts in Maldives and it consists of 160 villas categorized under a variety of features. It also includes five restaurants with individual kitchens, two main swimming pools, recreational area, kid’s area, Spas, library and boutiques. The back of the house can accommodate 250 people including the hotel management staff. MEP systems have been designed to be energy and cost effective via systems such as heat recovery hot water system, high efficient VRV air conditioning system, flush water system with treated wastewater and solar PV system. Energysolve Engineering was the appointed MEP consultant and is responsible for the following MEP systems. All systems were designed to meet local and international standards in addition to meeting the prerequisites for LEED Gold certification.
