Green Globe is the premier worldwide certification and performance improvement program developed specifically for the travel and tourism industry. Green Globe assists organizations to improve their economic, social and environmental sustainability while being rewarded and recognized for it. The Green Globe Standard provides organizations with a framework to conduct a comprehensive assessment of their environmental sustainability performance, through which they can monitor improvements and achieve certification. M&S Plan A & c100 Consultancy

M&S launched Plan A in January 2007, setting out 100 commitments to achieve in 5 years which has now extended to 180 commitments to achieve by 2015, with the ultimate goal of becoming the world’s most sustainable major retailer.

Through Plan A, M&S hopes to combat climate change, reduce energy, water & Waste, use sustainable raw materials, trade ethically, and help their customers to lead healthier lifestyles with a sustainable environment.

EnergySolve will undertake the following tasks to assist the client in obtaining M&S Plan A Eco Factory Attribute certificate.

Thermographic Surveying (Thermal Imaging)

Thermography is a cost effective, non-destructive test method that can be used to detect the above mentioned anomalies of an electrical distribution system. Infra red Thermal Scanning of associated equipment and conductors would detect the evidence of equipment operating near or above rated temperatures. Load readings are also taken of prospective faults to assist in the accurate diagnosis of the prospective fault.

ISO 50001 Consulting

The purpose of this International Standard is to enable organizations to establish the systems and processes necessary to improve energy performance, including energy efficiency and intensity. The standard should lead to reductions in cost, greenhouse gas emissions and other environmental impacts, through systematic management of energy. It is applicable to all types and sizes of organizations irrespective of any geographical, cultural or social conditions.
