Heritance Aarah is situated in Raa Atoll, an Island situated in an untouched area 40 minutes from Male. The luxury resort has been built by the world famous Aitken Spence group and is another testament to their commitment to sustainable building. As the first LEED project in Maldives, Heritance Aarah was able to gain special recognition from the USGBC for its commitment and initiative and has is noted as one of the LEED Earth Projects. Operating as a premier all-inclusive resort, Heritance Aarah consists of 150 villas including 26 intimate luxury duplex ocean suites, 56 sunset ocean villas and 68 land villas ranging from beach villas to pool beach villas, family beach villas and family pool beach villas.
